Ever since my last post, I've been trying to find support for this movement. However, I first try to find support from both Primadonnas & Primadudes. But, they are too fragmented across Facebook. You can try to search, and none of it even reach 10,000. It's embarassing!
Now, the reason I search for Primas' support first was because I believe Primas' fandom must be the first to support FTISLAND. However, this fragmentation of Primas' fandom made it near impossible to find support. Nonetheless, it's embarassing too to ask other fandom for support because Primas support is not yet secured.
But, for the sake of this movement, I ask that each person who read these messages from my blog to share this movement. Forget the embarrassment. If we succeed, none of this is embarrassing.
UPDATE: I have a possible solution to this problem. First, Primas will need a more centralized form of online fandom. This can be done by forming a fandom fanpage in Facebook (if you guys can get a website operating instead, it's better) which will be filled with Primas across the globe. Most information and activities can be shared easily and quickly, too. However, the leadership should be consisting of Prima representative from each country. Otherwise, we'll find Prima being leaded by an autocrat-styled person.
Also, why lately I wrote like this is only for Primas? It's because the most affected band in FNC Entertainment is FTISLAND and I believe Primas should be focused on because like I wrote above, FTISLAND must be supported by Primas. They are and must be the backbone of this movement to date. If Primas become a more organised fandom, surely this movement can benefit greatly from that too.
Open Movement's collection of post that covers the recent news (not necessarily from the same day) directly from its leadership, or allowed by its leadership.

The Petition: How It May or May Not Affect the Company
By now, you guys should know this movement is to pressure FNC Entertainment to change its ways through a petition. However, as history of K-pop fandoms know, petition may have no effect at all upon the targeted company. As an example, the petition created by Cassiopeias during their Cassiopeia-iKonic Color War that was created to demand YG Entertainment change the design & color of iKonic lightstick.
By sticking to this kind of reality, we can accept if our petition failed to change FNC Entertainment. Even in a war, it wasn't necessary to win every battle to win the war. In this case, we can't expect FNC Entertainment to submit to our first petition. There may be a second, third and so forth in order to finally be able to do that. So, if we fail, we can always try again.
About when the petition will be created, it depends. If I feel that the support it will get is good enough, the petition will be created & be provided with the link. So, to expedite this, share the messages brought by this movement to your fellow fans.

A Different Type of Support
If any of you comrades read my past posts, you'll find that I mentioned about the first Facebook post I made on the company's official page. On that post itself I declared that FNC Entertainment still have my support. Now, some of you may think they lost it. They actually still have my support, only in a different way.
During that time my support was like, cheering in their efforts and achievements as they kept growing & becomes increasingly influental. That was because they signed up various renowned comedians and got their stocks up. But as they continuously let their artists like Juniel & FTISLAND wither under their ignorance, I had to change my ways.
To continue supporting them in that way is impossible for me. They'll never change. So, this time I'll support them by changing them and prevent them for tearing the company apart from inside. The thing is, I plan to create a petition to demand that they change a few crucial things.
The things I want them to change includes:
1. The way they treat artists
This means no bias when it comes to promotion, appreciation, attention, treatment, everything. Artists are creative people, and creative people should be let their ideas expressed freely. It's suspected that the company tries to suppress FTISLAND & their creativity. It was told that they argue so much with CEO Han too. They wanted FTISLAND to be one of those fake bands in music industry. This must be changed for it is considered the reason FTISLAND is treated badly.
2. Ignorance/Neglecting of artist(s)
This was the reason Juniel left, and it's not something the company should let it repeat. Attention should be given sufficiently to artists. In Juniel's case, she was neglected to the point she accumulated debts. This debts was supposed to be paid from the jobs FNC Entertainment should be giving her. Due to negligience, she didn't get any job. This in turn caused her to be technically wageless. If this is let to repeat, future cases like this will happen.

An unappreciated band
It was just yesterday I said there were a lack of issue as a factor for my inactivity. Today, just as I scroll down my news feed, I found this (http://www.allkpop.com/article/2016/06/ft-island-express-disappointment-about-fnc-entertainment).
There comes the issue I hoped not happening after my open letter to the company CEO. Their lack of appreciation is something, their ignorance of supporters' advices is another. It really gets to me when FNC Entertainment ignored an advice, and continues to mess up themselves while I'm trying to prevent that. This is an example of a company you don't want to sign under.
The company itself may have their own policies but as a pledged supporter, I can't allow myself to be supporting a company who fails to treat their artists (which I believe should be in the same category as any worker under a company) right. These policies that they practice in the company is very stressing (unless you're treated nicely because you let your musical talent be bent to the CEO's will) and shouldn't be done in an entertainment company. Artists are creative people, and some do hate their creativity be limited by some guys they work under.
As fans of FTISLAND (also known as Primadonna or for some male fans; Primadude), we sure heard a lot of times Hong Gi voiced his dissastification about the company. Some can tolerate, while others like me cannot. It was through him I actually knew to strike & begin this movement. Hong Gi, I thank you for your bravery and that made it possible for me to start this movement.
In my opinion, fans of every artists that signed under FNC Entertainment should begin organising a large scale online movement to pressure the company and CEO Hans to begin treating every artists fairly. While it may not directly affect the company, it will give a form of support to artists neglected by the company. So if any fan read this, I need each one of you to share and spread my message so more can throw their support behind each and every member of FTISLAND (if there are others, kindly mention in the comments) through this struggle.

Why am I doing this?
I'm sorry for being inactive for quite some time. The lack of issue I can write about combined with my choice of not digging other's fault are major factors for my inactivity. However, some may question why do I do this. Why do I care for people who didn't even know my existance?
Well, I am a fan of few artists under FNC Entertainment (one is now a former) and when they raise the issues I wrote about before, I had to do something. I'm the one with the Facebook account 'Umarul Aiman', who wrote on the FNC Entertainment a visitor post. That post was the mark of my first move, the beginning of my movement to prevent the company screwing itself up while protecting my favourites.
The discrimination of the company on some of their artists is infuriating and quite worried about them. Some may think that I have scores to settle with the company (or CEO Han) but in reality, I hate to see they fall due to his (the CEO's) incompetence. I feared that could happen, if I just sit at wherever I was and watch.
Also, when I first started this blog, I only thought about finding people to help me with the sources & criticisms. Feel free to leave comments & share whatever post I wrote & will write later on.
